Warehouse Administrator (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Pleasanton, CA
Pay: $25-$28/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Permanent


Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Administrator to support daily operations across warehouse, administrative, and field service functions. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines office coordination with warehouse support, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Prepare and manage customer submittals
  • Obtain quotes from vendors and coordinate purchasing
  • Place and track orders using Sage system and vendor platforms
  • Process product returns and ensure credits are received
  • Pull permits and schedule inspections/finals with local municipalities
  • Assist with maintaining employee certifications, tracking expirations, and coordinating renewals
